1 lb sausage
1 bunch kale leaves
1/2 C shredded Swiss
10 eggs
Salt and pepper
Sweet paprika
Black garlic
Olive oil
1 TBSP Butter
1/2 TBSP baking powder
The recipe:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a skillet, cook sausage in olive oil.
Once browned, add the kale leaves and vook down.
Season with salt, pepper, black garlic, sweet paprika, butter. Stir to combine.
Add mixture to greased baking pan.
Top with cheese.
In a bowl, add eggs, salt, pepper, and baking powder mix until well combined.
Spread egg mixture over the meat mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes.
